for your shop.
For signed-in customers buying paid, in-stock simple physical products or variations. Combine whole orders with the same customer, recipient, shipping address and compatible tax details. Delivery must be within the store base country and use the store currency.
Live carrier quotes, label purchases, international consolidation, partial-order selection, backorders, preorders, deposits, split shipping packages and multi-currency are outside this release’s scope. Cash on delivery cannot confirm a paid hold.

Questions before you start?
Does Ship Together merge WooCommerce orders?
No. Original product orders, payments and invoices remain separate. A fulfilment record connects whole orders for one dispatch, and stock is not reduced again when the parcel is sent.
Is holding an order the same as free delivery?
No. Shipping is arranged later. Free uses your existing process to agree and collect delivery charges. A zero-total manual parcel records fulfilment; it does not claim that separately arranged delivery was free.
Can customers choose which purchases to send?
Free lets customers see their held purchases and contact the shop. Staff prepare the agreed parcel. The separate Pro add-on lets customers select eligible whole orders, review a quote and pay for shipping.
How does a Pro licence work?
Choose an annual Pro plan for the number of sites you manage. It renews annually until cancelled; manage renewal from your account. Updates and support require an active licence, while installed Pro features keep working after expiry. Free does not require a licence.
Does it buy carrier labels or quote live postage?
No. Use your normal carrier or label service. Free records manual dispatch and optional tracking. Pro adds a store-defined shipping rate and combined packing slips.
Do I need product weights?
Free manual parcels do not require weights. Pro requires recorded weights for per-kilogram pricing or any positive weight limit. Flat pricing with both per-kilogram charge and weight limit set to zero can work without weights.
Which purchases can be combined?
Paid, in-stock simple physical products and variations, bought by signed-in customers. Whole orders must share a customer, recipient, shipping address and compatible tax details. This release supports the store base country and store currency.
What happens if Pro is switched off later?
Keep Free active. Existing shipping payments, refunds, eligible cancellations, dispatch and saved tracking remain manageable. New customer requests and the other Pro tools stop being offered until Pro is reactivated.
