Music plays throughout. Your catalog. Their storefront. Keep your wholesale price and send the retail price, with a separate RRP for every product and variation.

Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce retailer. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Review each proposed price before it is sent and approve the first sync.

New products arrive as drafts for the retailer to check and publish. Catalog Bridge never publishes for them, deletes a product or matches by title.

Catalog Bridge Pro adds multiple stores, automatic updates, markup and .99 endings, stock mirroring and white-label tools. Free and Pro are available at dawsony.com.

  • Both editions require a WooCommerce supplier. Retailers do not need a Pro licence; paid plans cover 1, 5 or 25 supplier WordPress sites.
  • New products still require review and arrive as drafts, including in Pro. Retailers choose when to publish them. No edition syncs orders, fulfilment, stock reservations, currency conversion or tax reconciliation.
  • Shopify requires an appropriately installed app. Hosted Shopify invitations remain pilot-only in both editions; Pro does not bypass Shopify approval. Shopify stock also needs inventory permissions and a selected location; retailers approve optional inventory access inside the app.
  • Pro stock mirroring is off by default and needs an approved first sync. It replaces retailer quantities from the agreed supplier stock source, minus the buffer; it does not reserve shared stock across retailers.

Before you install

Can I connect a WooCommerce retailer?

Yes, from version 1.1.0. Enter its final HTTPS URL and a WooCommerce REST API Read/Write key. No companion plugin is required. New products arrive as drafts and managed updates change regular prices, preserving sale prices and sale schedules.

Is this ready to connect to my live Shopify store?

The integration has been tested against a real Shopify development store. Hosted public Shopify installation is awaiting App Store approval; direct app credentials require your own permitted Shopify installation. Imports, reviewed and automatic price updates, existing-product linking, 100-variant products, images and OAuth renewal have been verified. Validate your own app distribution, product shapes and tax settings on staging before live use.

Can WooCommerce keep its wholesale checkout price?

Yes. Choose the RRP source and enter a separate Catalog Bridge retail price. The normal WooCommerce price keeps its existing checkout role.

Will imports immediately appear in my retailer storefront?

No. You review and approve imports first. New products are created as drafts, and the retailer publishes them in its store. Existing publication settings are retained.

Can I link products already in a retailer store?

Yes. Enter the WooCommerce numeric product ID or existing Shopify product GID. The bridge verifies the product and matches each supplier SKU exactly. It does not guess from product titles.

Does this synchronise stock, orders or shipping?

Pro optionally mirrors supplier stock quantities, including individual variations, with a buffer per retailer. It is off by default and needs a reviewed first sync. Shopify stock requires additional permissions and a selected location; the retailer grants these optional permissions from the embedded app. Stock reservations, retailer orders, fulfilment, currency conversion and tax reconciliation are not included.

Do I need a Shopify app?

For a Shopify retailer, yes: an appropriately installed Shopify app with product access is required. WooCommerce retailers use WooCommerce REST API keys and do not need a Shopify app. The WordPress plugin does not provision a hosted Shopify app or bypass Shopify’s distribution requirements.

Can I buy Catalog Bridge Pro now?

Yes. Annual Pro plans cover 1, 5 or 25 supplier WordPress sites. Review the plan and purchase terms before Stripe Checkout, then download the separate Pro ZIP from your account. Retailers do not need a Pro licence. Hosted Shopify invitations remain pilot-only; Pro does not bypass Shopify approval or distribution restrictions.
