Job counts, separate generation and output failure filters, and paginated document and print queues help you keep track of what happened. Duplicate rules as disabled copies and choose from your store’s WooCommerce statuses.
Automatic generation requires the separate Pro add-on. Direct printing to a connected printer is not included.

Questions before you start?
Can DawsonyWeb – Print Label Designer print automatically to my printer?
Pro generates PDFs automatically from order events. Physical printing is manual: open the PDF, print it and mark the print job complete. Direct printer transport is not included.
Can I use my own label sizes and sticker sheets?
Yes. Set custom dimensions, choose common presets, switch display units and arrange labels on sheets with margins, gaps and a partly used first sheet.
Does it support product barcodes and QR codes?
Yes. Bind Code128, EAN-13, EAN-8 or QR elements to WooCommerce fields, with validation and quiet zones. Test the final printed code with your scanner.
Is DawsonyWeb – Print Label Designer Pro available to buy?
Pro is a separate annual subscription: £79 for one site, £149 for five or £299 for twenty-five. Use the product page to see current purchase availability. Free never requires a licence.
Where are my order details processed?
PDF generation runs on your WordPress site. Pro document history may contain customer details until its retention period expires or an associated order is erased.
