The requirement

A bath restoration quote needs more than a name and an email address. The owner needs to know where the customer is, what kind of bath they have and what condition it is in. The website also needs to show the quality of the work before someone feels ready to get in touch.

What I built

  • Designed and built a responsive website around the existing business identity, original project photographs, service information and clear routes to a quote.
  • Added a structured enquiry form for postcode, contact details, bath condition and up to three photos, so the owner has useful information to assess the job.
  • Built a private inbox with enquiry statuses, internal notes and protected photo viewing. Saved enquiries remain available if an email notification fails.
  • Kept existing public page addresses and added page-specific metadata, a sitemap and local business information.
  • Added server-side form validation, upload checks and spam protection. Analytics loads only after the visitor gives consent.

What this makes possible

Customers can see real restoration examples, understand the service and send the details needed for a quote in one place. The owner has a structured record to work from, with photos and follow-up notes alongside each enquiry. The public website is live and linked below.

Why the detail matters

For a small service business, a useful website has to support the work behind the enquiry. Here, the design and the quote process were built together, so the site does more than display a phone number.
