White-label Laravel and Woo overflow: for design agencies
How I take white-label Laravel and WooCommerce overflow for design agencies: clear boundaries, rebilling, and when I say no.

Design agencies keep asking me the same thing. Can you jump on this Laravel or Woo job under our brand, keep it quiet, and let us rebill the client? Yeh. That is a normal week for me.
White-label overflow works when the boundaries are clear. It falls apart when nobody wrote down who owns staging, who talks to the client, or what "done" means.
What I usually take on
- Inherited Laravel apps that need calm maintenance
- WooCommerce fixes and feature work under your agency name
- WordPress builds that need a senior pair of hands for a sprint
- Small Go or React pieces when the stack already points that way
What makes it smooth
Give me access, a short brief, and one decision-maker. I log time so you can rebill cleanly. I stay off the client Slack unless you want me there. Your brand stays on the invoice and the deliverables.
What I push back on
Open-ended "just keep the site alive" with no priorities. Mystery production servers with no staging. Scope that changes every morning with no change note. I would rather say no early than burn your client relationship.
If you need overflow cover
Pricing for focused sprints and longer support is on service pricing.
White-label overflow under your brand. I slot into agency delivery for Laravel, Woo, and WordPress without stepping on your client relationship.
If you have a live job that needs covering next week, see how agency hire works with the stack, the deadline, and whether the client should ever see my name.
