A short look at CSVReady: messy bank exports become files you can import into Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent.

Less spreadsheet repair.
More time back.

Bank CSV imports can fail because the destination expects a different date order, a signed amount or a particular set of columns. CSVReady helps you find and fix those formatting problems.

XeroQuickBooksFreeAgent

Start with presets for Stripe, Revolut Business, Barclays, Monzo Business, Wise, PayPal, SumUp and Shopify Balance, or map the columns in another CSV export.

CSV conversion only. CSVReady does not connect to your bank or replace a bank feed.

Dates you can trust

Confirm day-first or month-first dates when an export could mean either. Ambiguous dates need your decision before conversion.

Amounts that add up

Clean currency symbols, separators and accounting brackets. Invalid amounts are flagged for review instead of silently becoming zero.

A preview before you import

Review the first five converted rows, transaction totals and duplicate warnings. Download a sample to check in your accounting software.

Check a sample first.

  1. 1. Choose your format. Upload a sample CSV and select your accounting software.
  2. 2. Review the results. Confirm ambiguous dates, check mappings and resolve any warnings.
  3. 3. Test the import. Download five rows for free and check them in a test account before importing real transactions.

Exports and accounting import screens vary. Always check the dates, currency and totals against your source statement.
